| Rental Deposit Policy
- 50% Deposit is required at time of booking to reserve all items.
Cash or Credit Card is accepted for your deposit.
- No Personal Checks
- MasterCard, VISA, or American Express ONLY
- If deposit is paid with cash, cash must be in hand for reservation to be final.
- If a deposit is held with a credit card, the card will be charged if order is cancelled or changed as described below (CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO ORDER POLICY).
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO ORDER POLICY
- Notice for cancellations or changes to orders must be given 7 days in advance of scheduled customer pick up date or Fun Services delivery date.
- ALL cancellations or changes to orders will be assessed a mandatory 50% charge.
- If a cancellation is necessary, you must notify us a minimum of 7 days before your scheduled delivery or customer pick-up.
- There will be no refunds of deposits on cancellations given less than 7 days before your scheduled customer pick up or Fun Services delivery.
- Additions can be made to your order if possible.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
- Once equipment has been accepted, Fun Services is NOT responsible for inclement weather causing the delay or cancellation of an event. No refunds will be given.
- If items are to be delivered by Fun Services, cancellations must be made before delivery truck has left the building, otherwise a delivery charge will be added to the Cancellation Fee.
- ALL Inflatable Rides & Activities should not be used outdoors if temperatures fall below 40 degrees, if winds exceed 20 mph, or if it is raining.
ITEMS RECEIVED POLICY
- By signing the AGREEMENT upon customer pick up or Fun Services delivery you acknowledge all items listed on AGREEMENT were received in good, working order as well as the quantities listed are correct.
RETURNING EQUIPMENT
- ALL equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received (INCLUDING CLEANLINESS).
- There will be additional charges added to all items which are not returned in the same condition as received or on all lost damaged or missing items.
Lost, damaged or missing charges will be based on replacement/repair cost.
- Cleaning charges will be $15.00 per half hour.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Full payment is due upon customer pick up or Fun Services delivery, unless you are renting equipment with product on consignment. In that case, payment is due upon customer return or Fun Services pick up.
DELIVERY RATES- A minimum rental amount of $200.00, not including delivery fee is required for delivery on Fridays, Saturdays,Sundays, & Holidays.

- Denver Metro Area - $60.00-$90.00
Longmont-Castle Rock-Parker - $125.00
Ft. Collins-Colorado Springs-Greeley - $200.00
Cheyenne-Pueblo - $250.00
Additional charges will be assessed on set up and take down of items such as Tables, Chairs, Canopies, Booths, Dance Floors, & Casino Equipment. |
